Job summary

Soliant is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to support a school-based caseload near Bremerton, WA. The contract runs from late August through mid-June with possible extension for make-up days; caseload ~50 students preschool through 22 years; site is district-determined.

You will assess, treat, document per IEPs, collaborate with teachers and families, participate in meetings, and adapt to different sites.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders.
• Washington SLP license or eligibility to obtain before start date.
• CCC preferred; CFs welcome to apply.
• Prior experience in school-based settings valued.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct and consultative speech and language therapy services to students as outlined in their IEPs.
• Conduct evaluations, write comprehensive reports, and develop intervention plans tailored to individual student needs.
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and support staff to foster student growth.
• Maintain detailed documentation and progress notes in compliance with state and district guidelines.
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary team planning.
• Flexibly adapt to an assigned site, with the opportunity to serve a varied student population.
