Job summary

Soliant is seeking two full-time speech-language pathologists to support elementary students in Bremerton for the 2026-2027 academic year. Roles are in-person across two school sites with a cap of 48 per site and caseloads up to 60.

You will provide direct speech and language services, assessments, IEPs, and collaborate with educators and families. Required credentials include a Master’s in SLP, WA license, CCC-SLP, ESA certification, and OSPI fingerprinting.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology required
• WA SLP License required
• CCC-SLP certification preferred
• ESA certification desirable for credentialing
• OSPI fingerprinting completed before starting work

Caseloads are set at a manageable limit of 48, with typical fluctuations up to 60, ensuring a balanced and rewarding experience.

Desired Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Valid WA SLP License and ESA certification
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
• Fingerprinting through OSPI (required before starting)
• Experience in school settings and working with K-12 caseloads is highly valued
• Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills
• Ability to adapt therapy techniques to meet the diverse needs of students

Key Responsibilities:
