Soliant is seeking a School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC) in Denver, CO to support students' communication and language development. The role involves assessments, treatment plans, collaboration with educators and families, and direct therapy.

This position offers guaranteed hours, a competitive hourly pay range of $50-$60, weekly direct deposit, and comprehensive benefits including health, vision, and dental coverage.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• CO state license in Speech-Language Pathology and CO CDE License.
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP).
• Experience working in a school setting is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with a diverse team of professionals.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments to identify communication disorders.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for students with speech and language challenges.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other specialists to create a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
• Provide direct therapy services to students, both individually and in group settings.
• Monitor and document student progress, adjusting intervention plans as needed.
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute valuable insights to the multidisciplinary team.
• Offer professional development and support to teachers and staff on speech and language topics.
