Job summary

Soliant is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC) to support students in a school-based setting near Montrose, Colorado. The role offers both on-site and virtual service delivery, allowing flexibility for practitioners who prefer hybrid work arrangements.

The position requires SLP-CCC certification and state licensure eligibility, with experience serving at-risk youth and diverse backgrounds. You will assess and treat students, participate in IEP meetings, and collaborate with teachers

Qualifications

• Valid SLP-CCC certification and state licensure (or eligibility).
• Experience with at-risk youth and diverse backgrounds.
• Strong skills in speech/language evaluations and assessments.
• Excellent communication and documentation abilities.
• Ability to collaborate within a multidisciplinary team.
• Able to deliver services on-site or virtually.

Responsibilities

• Perform speech and language evaluations and assessments.
• Develop and implement therapy plans tailored to students' needs.
• Maintain documentation and student records in compliance with regulations.
• Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with educators and families.
• Provide support, consultation, and resources to school staff and parents.
• Monitor student progress and adjust interventions as needed.
