Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Active Ohio SLP license.
• CCC-SLP preferred; strong CFs considered.
• Prior school-based experience desirable.
• Proficient in evaluation and IEP development.
• Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify speech, language, and communication needs.
• Develop and implement individualized therapeutic interventions aligned with IEP goals.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Maintain accurate documentation of services and progress.
• Participate in IEP meetings and professional development.
• Provide direct and consultative services to support student success.
