Job summary

Soliant is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (CCC) in the Colorado Springs area for the 2026-27 school year. The role requires CCC and Colorado licensure to support student communication goals in a vibrant regional setting.

Ideal candidates are collaborative, flexible, and capable of conducting assessments, delivering direct therapy, and coordinating IEP plans with teachers, parents, and staff. Direct and indirect services are offered with potential travel stipends and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Valid Colorado SLP licensure and CCC designation.
• School-based experience preferred but not required.
• Strong assessment, therapy, and documentation skills.
• Ability to develop and implement IEPs.
• Excellent communication and collaboration with teachers, parents, and staff.
• Flexible to support students of various ages and abilities.

Responsibilities

• Assess and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders.
• Provide direct therapy and interventions to students.
• Develop and track individualized progress for students on caseload.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support student development.
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to educational planning.
• Maintain accurate records in compliance with school guidelines.
