Boothby Therapy Services is actively hiring a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) in Portland, Maine for the 2026–2027 school year. This is a full-time role (37 hours per week) covering districtwide evaluations.

Compensation includes $50–$60 per hour with guaranteed pay and sign-on bonus eligibility up to $10,000. Benefits include medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k), PTO, CEU support, licensure reimbursement, and relocation assistance where applicable.

Qualifikationen

• Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• CCC-SLP or eligibility as CF‑SLP/CFY.
• Active Maine SLP License or eligibility.
• School-based, pediatric, or special education experience preferred but not required.
• Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills.

Aufgaben

• Provide speech-language therapy services to preschool, elementary, middle school, and high school students.
• Conduct speech and language evaluations and assessments.
• Develop and implement IEP goals and therapy plans.
• Deliver direct therapy services through individual and small-group sessions.
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, families, and related service providers.
• Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions.
• Monitor progress and maintain compliant documentation.
• Support students in achieving greater communication, independence, and educational success.
