Boothby Therapy Services is actively hiring a Speech-Language Pathologist in Saco, Maine for the 2026–2027 school year. This is a part-time role (3 days per week) covering districtwide evaluations. Compensation ranges from $50 to $60 per hour with guaranteed pay for scheduled time, plus a sign-on bonus up to $10,000 depending on assignment, location, and experience.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• CCC-SLP or eligibility as a CF-SLP/CFY.
• Active Maine SLP License or eligibility.
• School-based, pediatric, or special education experience preferred but not required.
• Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide speech-language therapy services to preschool, elementary, middle school, and high school students.
• Conduct speech and language evaluations and assessments.
• Develop and implement IEP goals and therapy plans.
• Deliver direct therapy services through individual and small-group sessions.
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, families, and related service providers.
• Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions.
• Monitor progress and maintain compliant documentation.
