Boothby Therapy Services, LLC is hiring a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) in Portland, Maine for the 2026–2027 school year. This full-time role covers districtwide evaluations with 37 hours per week and a guaranteed hourly pay of $50–$60.

Eligible candidates may receive a sign-on bonus up to $10,000. The firm emphasizes strong support, mentorship, and collaboration with OTs, PTs and educators throughout the school year.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• CCC-SLP or CF-SLP/CFY eligibility.
• Active Maine SLP License or eligibility.
• School-based, pediatric, or special education experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide speech-language therapy to preschool through high school students.
• Conduct speech and language evaluations and assessments.
• Develop and implement IEP goals and therapy plans.
• Deliver direct therapy in individual and small-group settings.
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and related service providers.
• Monitor progress and maintain compliant documentation.
• Participate in IEP meetings and MDT discussions.
• Support students in achieving communication and educational success.
