Compensation ranges from $50–$60 per hour, with guaranteed pay and sign-on bonus eligibility up to $10,000. The role includes strong support, a dedicated Service Delivery Manager, mentorship for Clinical Fellows, and collaboration with district teams.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• CCC-SLP or CF-SLP eligibility.
• Active Maine SLP license or eligibility.
• School-based or pediatric experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide speech-language therapy services to students across grades.
• Conduct evaluations and assessments.
• Develop and implement IEP goals and therapy plans.
• Deliver direct therapy through individual and small-group sessions.
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, families, and related service providers.
• Monitor progress and maintain compliant documentation.
