Job summary

Boothby Therapy Services in Portland, Maine is actively hiring a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for the 2026–2027 school year. This full-time role (37 hours per week) covers districtwide evaluations and offers hourly pay of $50–$60 with a guaranteed schedule.

Qualified candidates may receive a sign-on bonus up to $10,000. We provide mentorship, clinical guidance, and strong collaboration with district teams to support clinicians and students across ages and settings.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology required.
• CCC-SLP or CF-SLP eligibility.
• Active Maine SLP license or eligibility.
• School-based or pediatric experience preferred.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide speech-language therapy to preschool, elementary, middle school, and high school students.
• Conduct speech and language evaluations and assessments.
• Develop and implement IEP goals and therapy plans.
• Deliver direct therapy services through individual and small-group sessions.
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, families, and related service providers.
• Monitor progress and maintain compliant documentation.
