Job summary

Boothby Therapy Services is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) in New Gloucester, Maine for the 2026–2027 school year. This part-time role covers districtwide evaluations and offers competitive hourly pay of $50–$60 and guaranteed pay for scheduled time.

Eligible candidates may also receive a sign-on bonus up to $10,000. The position emphasizes collaboration with educators and therapists, strong mentorship, and a supportive team dedicated to student success.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology is required.
• CCC-SLP or CF-SLP/CFY eligibility is required.
• Active Maine SLP License or eligibility is required.
• Experience in school-based, pediatric, or special education settings is preferred but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Provide speech-language therapy services to preschool, elementary, middle school, and high school students.
• Conduct speech and language evaluations and assessments.
• Develop and implement IEP goals and therapy plans.
• Deliver direct therapy services through individual and small-group sessions.
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, families, and related service providers.
• Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions.
• Monitor progress and maintain compliant documentation.
• Support students in achieving greater communication, independence, and educational success.
