Job summary

LETS Therapy in Pennsylvania is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for in-person, school-based roles. You can choose a full-time caseload or a flexible part-time schedule and join a team that values clinical excellence and work-life balance.

You will provide speech-language therapy to school-aged students, conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and collaborate with teachers and families while maintaining documentation and participating in IEP meetings.

Qualifications

• Active Pennsylvania Speech-Language Pathologist license.
• Pennsylvania school clearances (Child Abuse Clearance, Criminal Background Check, FBI Fingerprint Clearance, and others).
• School-based or pediatric experience preferred, but not required.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide speech-language therapy services to school-aged students.
• Conduct speech and language assessments as needed.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with IEP goals.
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports.
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student success.
