Job summary

Early Autism Services is seeking a School- Based Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to work under the supervision of BCBA staff. The role offers hourly wages ranging from $18.00 to $23.00 with part-time hours and potential transition to full-time, plus a robust training program and growth opportunities.

Applicants should have or obtain RBT certification, a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver's license, and be able to pass a background check.

Qualifications

  • BACB RBT certification preferred but not required.
  • Must obtain RBT certificate (training provided by EAS).
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Must have a valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation.
  • Must pass a criminal background check.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States.
  • Must be 18 years of age or older at time of hire.

Responsibilities

  • Implement behavior intervention plans under the guidance of a BCBA.
  • Provide direct one-on-one support to individuals with developmental disabilities.
  • Collect and analyze data to track progress and drive decisions.
  • Assist in developing and implementing individualized treatment plans.
  • Collaborate with the BCBA and team to ensure consistent interventions.
  • Communicate with parents, caregivers, and stakeholders about progress and concerns.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of sessions and progress reports.
  • Attend supervision and training sessions to build professional skills.

Salary Range: $18.00 To $23.00 Hourly

Overview:

At Early Autism Services, we provide the training needed to build your career as a BT and grow your skills as an RBT. You will work under the supervision of and receive guidance from highly experienced Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs), supervisors, and mentors. This dynamic role requires both physical and mental energy, offering interactive and engaging experiences with your clients. At Early Autism Services, we deeply appreciate the valuable contributions of our RBTs, and we are committed to supporting your personal and professional growth.

  • Competitive hourly pay based on prior experience and qualifications
  • Part-time hours readily available with potential to transition into a full-time role
  • Scheduling hours: 7:45am to 3:30pm

Qualifications of an RBT:

Physical Requirements:

Physical capabilities include walking, occasional running, standing, sitting, kneeling, stooping, crouching, crawling, twisting, reaching above head, pulling, bending, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
