Job summary

Early Autism Services is hiring a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver 1:1 ABA therapy for children aged 2–11 in Alabama. No experience? Paid training and strong support provided while you obtain your RBT credential.

The role involves active hands-on sessions, movement, and play in clinic, home, or community settings. The position offers part-time and full-time opportunities with competitive pay based on experience, plus benefits for full-time staff such as health/dental/vision

Qualifications

• RBT certification (or willingness to obtain).
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license with auto insurance and reliable transportation.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. and able to pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Follow treatment plans created by BCBAs.
• Track progress through data collection.

What You’ll Do

• Provide fun, engaging 1:1 therapy with kids
• Follow treatment plans created by our BCBAs
• Track progress through simple data collection
• Support children in clinic settings (sometimes in homes or the community)
• Communicate with families and your team
• Attend ongoing training and supervision
