Job summary

Early Autism Services in the United States is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children ages 2-11 in clinic settings, with occasional home or community visits. You will work under the guidance of BCBAs and supervisors, gaining hands-on experience while building your skills.

The position offers paid training, opportunities for advancement to full-time hours, and comprehensive benefits for full-time staff, including health, dental, and vision, a 401(k)

Qualifications

• RBT certification (or willingness to obtain).
• High school diploma or GED.
• Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.

We are seeking enthusiastic individuals from diverse backgrounds to provide personalized 1:1 Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children (ages 2-11) in a supportive environment. At Early Autism Services, we provide the training needed to build your career and grow your skills as an RBT. You will work under the supervision of and receive guidance from experienced Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs), supervisors, and mentors. Therapy sessions may take place in various settings, mostly in clinics, but on occasion could be at a client’s home or other community-based setting. This dynamic role requires both physical and mental energy, offering interactive and engaging experiences with your clients. • Ability to pass a background check
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Age 18+

Physical Requirements

Ability to walk, run, sit, kneel, bend, reach, and lift up to 50 lbs as part of interactive sessions with children.
