Ampersand Therapy in Longmont, CO is seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support a K-12 school-based caseload. Starting ASAP for the 2026-2027 school year, we offer both full-time and part-time hours and a stable school-year schedule.

You will implement individualized behavior intervention plans under BCBA supervision, collect data, track progress, and collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and related service providers.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification (or willingness to obtain prior to start)
• High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred
• Experience working with children or individuals with special needs preferred
• Strong communication, patience, and teamwork skills
• School-based or ABA experience a plus

Responsabilités

• Implement behavior intervention plans (BIPs) under the supervision of a BCBA
• Provide 1:1 or small group behavioral support to students
• Collect and track data on student progress and behaviors
• Support students with social, emotional, and communication skills
• Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and related service providers
• Assist with classroom management and behavior strategies
• Maintain accurate and compliant documentation
