Job summary

SPG Therapy & Education in the United States is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) for school-based roles for the 2026-2027 year. Salaries range from $27.00 to $32.00 per hour, with starting pay at $25 for BTs, depending on experience and education.

Responsibilities include implementing Behavior Intervention Plans, applying ABA techniques to reduce challenging behaviors and increase skill acquisition, collecting data, and supporting teachers.

Qualifications

Requirements:

• RBT Certification preferred
• Required to obtain RBT certification within 90 days of employment
• Associate’s Degree preferred in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, Speech-Language Pathology, or licensed SLP-A, or related field
• Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) experience, 6 months required, 1 year (preferred)
• Completion of 40 hours Registered Behavior Technician Training (may be provided by SPG, if needed)
• Ability to work with students in-person
• Bilingual Spanish skills are a plus!
• Driving is a key requirement for this position to effectively carry out the responsibilities of the role.
• As such, a valid driver's license and proof of auto insurance may be required, particularly in situations where alternate modes of transportation are either unavailable or not deemed reasonable.

General Requirements:
