Job summary

SPG Therapy & Education in Hayward, CA is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) for school-based positions for the 2026-2027 year. The role offers guaranteed hours and school-day schedules, with a starting rate of $25 for BTs and $27.00–$32.00 per hour depending on experience.

Responsibilities include implementing Behavior Intervention Plans, delivering ABA-based support, data collection, and assisting teachers. Eligible benefits and professional mentorship are provided.

Qualifications

• RBT Certification preferred
• Required to obtain RBT certification within 90 days of employment
• Associate’s Degree preferred in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, Speech-Language Pathology, or licensed SLP-A, or related field
• Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) experience, 6 months required, 1 year preferred
• Ability to work with students in-person
• Bilingual Spanish skills are a plus

Requirements:

• As such, a valid driver's license and proof of auto insurance may be required, particularly in situations where alternate modes of transportation are either unavailable or not deemed reasonable.
