Job summary

SPG Therapy & Education is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) for school-based roles for the 2026-2027 school year. Earn $27.00-$32.00 per hour, with starting pay $25 for BTs, based on experience and education.

Qualifications

• RBT Certification preferred; required to obtain RBT within 90 days.

• Bilingual Spanish skills are a plus.
• Driving is a key requirement with a valid license and proof of auto insurance.

Requirements

• RBT Certification preferred
• Required to obtain RBT certification within 90 days of employment
• Associate’s Degree preferred in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, Speech-Language Pathology, or licensed SLP-A, or related field
• Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) experience, 6 months required, 1 year (preferred)
• Completion of 40 hours Registered Behavior Technician Training (may be provided by SPG, if needed)
• Ability to work with students in-person
• Bilingual Spanish skills are a plus!
• Driving is a key requirement for this position to effectively carry out the responsibilities of the role. As such, a valid driver's license and proof of auto insurance may be required, particularly in situations where alternate modes of transportation are either unavailable or not deemed reasonable.
