Education Behavior Consultants (EBC) is seeking a School-Based Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our growing team. This is a school-based position with consistent availability Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM, supporting students within a school setting.

Qualifications

• RBT certification preferred.
• BT candidates with relevant experience encouraged to apply.
• Experience working with children in school, clinic, or home settings.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Able to work collaboratively with a team and receive feedback well.
• Professional, dependable, and organized.
• Passion for supporting students with diverse needs.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized behavior intervention and skill-acquisition plans.
• Support students with behavior reduction, communication, social skills, and adaptive functioning.
• Collect accurate data and complete session documentation in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with school staff and EBC supervisors to support student progress.
• Maintain professionalism and represent EBC positively on campus.
• Follow behavior support plans with consistency, compassion and clinical integrity.
