Description

Education Behavior Consultants (EBC) is seeking a School-Based Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our growing team. We are also open to considering strong Behavior Technician (BT) candidates, though RBT certification is preferred.

This is a school-based position and candidates must have consistent availability Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM.

What You’ll Do

In this role, you will provide direct behavior support services to students within a school setting while working closely with supervisors, school staff, and other members of the educational team. Responsibilities may include:

• Implementing individualized behavior intervention and skill-acquisition plans
• Supporting students with behavior reduction, communication, social skills, and adaptive functioning
• Collecting accurate data and completing session documentation in a timely manner
• Collaborating with school staff and EBC supervisors to support student progress
• Maintaining professionalism and representing EBC positively on campus
• Following behavior support plans with consistency, compassion and clinical integrity
