Job summary

Bi-County Collaborative in Walpole, Massachusetts is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician to provide behavior support services to students and collaborate with teachers to support student needs.

You will implement and organize classroom activities, monitor IEP goals, prepare materials, and perform data collection under teacher supervision. This is a full-time position with benefits and an immediate starting date.

Qualifications

• RBT certification is required.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience preferred.
• Citizenship, residency or work visa required.

Responsibilities

• Implement, develop and organize classroom activities under the direction of the teacher.
• Maintain awareness of IEP goals and accommodations to implement student plans.
• Prepare student materials, lessons and classroom activities under teacher supervision.
• Perform objective student observations to assist in data collection.
