Pediatric Developmental Services (PDS) in New Jersey is hiring a full-time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver 1:1 ABA therapy and implement personalized treatment plans under BCBA supervision.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy.
• Implement individualized treatment plans developed by BCBAs.
• Collect data to monitor progress and effectiveness of treatment plans.
• Support the BCBA with training families on implementing treatment plans.
• Participate in team meetings and training workshops.
• Ensure the client is always in a safe and positive environment.
