Job summary

Pediatric Developmental Services (PDS) is hiring a full-time RBT to provide 1:1 ABA therapy in a bright, supportive environment. You will implement individualized treatment plans developed by BCBAs, collect data, and help families apply strategies.

• Excellent communication with clients and families.
• Ability to work independently under supervision.
• Good organizational skills for data collection and progress tracking.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy.
• Implement individualized treatment plans developed by BCBAs.
• Collect data to monitor progress and effectiveness of plans.
• Support BCBA with training families on implementation.
• Participate in team meetings and training workshops.
• Ensure client is in a safe and positive environment.
