Job summary

Proud Moments ABA is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join a center-based team in New Jersey. The role supports BCBA-led treatment, delivering 1-1 interventions for children with ASD, and requires data collection to track progress.

Qualifications

• Current/Active RBT Certification.
• Access to reliable transportation.
• Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience with ASD preferred but not required.
• Ability to manage multiple high-priority tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication, problem-solving and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Implement behavioral plans designed by BCBA.
• Collect data to monitor progress and report progress.
• Train families on implementing treatment plans with BCBA support.
• Respond to client, family, and supervisor needs.
• Maintain clear communication with families, supervisors and other parties.
• Assist with physical activities to keep pace with children (ages 2-15).
• Perform other tasks outlined by BCBA/LBA.
