Qualifications

• Active RBT certification.
• Experience working in a school setting.

Responsibilities

• Implement Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) for students with autism and other developmental disabilities.
• Collect, record, and maintain accurate data on student behavior and progress.
• Provide one-on-one support in the classroom and during school activities.
• Assist students with academic tasks and social skills development.
• Direct 1:1 support and implement goals across educational settings as directed by the BCBA.
