Job summary

First Children Services is seeking a Part Time Behavior Technician/Registered Behavior Technician (BT/RBT) to implement Individual Support Plans across diverse settings in NJ. The role offers flexibility during training and permanent placements post-training, with supervision by a BCBA or BSC.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Education, Social Work or related field preferred.
• Active RBT Certification preferred or required where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with client in designated region.
• Read and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Collect session data and submit documentation timely.
• Support healthy communication, social and behavioral skills.
• Provide interactive therapeutic support to reduce maladaptive behaviors.
• Collaborate with the treatment team to improve positive behavioral outcomes.
• Complete administrative tasks when billable hours are not available.
