Job summary

Applitrack is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to support students ages 3–21 in educational settings. The PTA provides services under a licensed Physical Therapist, helping with mobility, strength, and independence within classrooms and school environments.

Requires an Associate's degree and Colorado PTA license or eligibility. Knowledge of IEPs is preferred; background checks and district fingerprinting are required. Salary is $50,500 plus placement based on experience and education.

Qualifications

• Associate PTA degree from an accredited program.
• Current Colorado PTA license through DORA, or eligibility.
• Experience with pediatric or school-based settings preferred.
• Criminal background check and district fingerprinting required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct physical therapy services under the supervision of a Physical Therapist.
• Implement treatment activities aligned with the IEP and plan of care.
• Support functional mobility, balance, coordination, and independence.
• Document services and maintain records per district procedures.
