Job summary

Austill's Educational Therapy Services is seeking a Physical Therapist to provide school-based therapy to students from preschool through 12th grade in West Lawn, PA. The role focuses on improving mobility and participation in the educational environment through direct therapy and collaboration with school teams.

The position offers a flexible schedule aligned with school hours for the 2026-27 school year. A Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) and an active Pennsylvania license are required;

Qualifications

• DPT required; active PA license.
• Experience in pediatric or school-based settings preferred.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.
• Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary school team.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct physical therapy services to PreK–12 students.
• Develop and implement IEP goals and individualized treatment plans.
• Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and school staff to support student success.
• Complete required documentation, including progress notes, data, IEP updates.
• Participate in IEP meetings as needed; travel between locations if applicable.
