Job summary

Austill’s Educational Therapy Services in southeastern Pennsylvania seeks a full-time Physical Therapist to deliver school-based therapy to students from PreK through 12th grade, improving mobility and participation in the educational setting.

The role involves direct PT services, IEP goal development, collaboration with school teams, and attendance at IEP meetings, with travel between sites as needed.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) program.
• Active Pennsylvania Physical Therapist license.
• Pediatric or school-based experience preferred.
• Strong communication, documentation, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work within a multidisciplinary team.
• Commitment to children's growth and ongoing CE opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct physical therapy services to assigned students (PreK–12).
• Develop and implement IEP goals and treatment plans.
• Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and school staff to support student success.
• Complete required documentation, including progress notes and annual reviews.
• Participate in IEP meetings as needed.
• Travel between school locations during the school day (if applicable).
