Job summary

Candor Consulting & Diagnostics is seeking a dedicated School-based Physical Therapist to support students in Texas. You will assess mobility, design interventions, and collaborate with IEP teams to promote educational access and independence.

Requirements include a Master's degree or higher in Physical Therapy, active Texas licensure, and current CPR certification. Flexible full-time, part-time, or as-needed options are available, with competitive compensation and benefits.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or higher in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Active Texas PT license required by the Texas Board of Physical Therapy Examiners.
• Current CPR certification required.
• Bilingual skills preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate mobility and functional needs using standardized tools.
• Communicate findings to parents, educators, and district staff with actionable recommendations.
• Develop evidence-based, individualized interventions with the IEP team.
• Deliver direct therapy or supervise PTAs in implementing IEP goals.
• Monitor and document student progress for IEP reviews and planning.
• Participate in ARD/IEP meetings and multidisciplinary discussions to support students.
