Job summary

Candor Consulting & Diagnostics is seeking a school-based Physical Therapist in Texas. You will evaluate student needs, develop evidence-based interventions, and collaborate with IEP teams to improve mobility and access to education.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or higher from an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Active license by the Texas Board of Physical Therapy Examiners.
• Current CPR certification.
• Bilingual skills preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate Needs: conduct comprehensive evaluations using standardized tools and assessments.
• Communicate Findings: share results with parents, educators, and district personnel.
• Develop Interventions: collaborate with IEP team for individualized therapies.
• Provide Therapy: deliver direct therapy or supervise PTAs implementing goals.
• Monitor Progress: collect and document progress data for IEP reviews.
• Support Teams: participate in ARD meetings and parent-teacher conferences.
