Qualifications

• Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Active Texas PT licensure.
• Current CPR certification.
• Bilingual skills preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate needs using standardized tools and student-centered assessments to determine need for services.
• Communicate findings and actionable recommendations to parents, educators, and district personnel.
• Develop evidence-based, individualized interventions with the IEP team to address student needs and goals.
• Provide direct therapy or supervise PTAs in implementing IEP goals.
• Monitor and document student progress to inform IEP reviews and service planning.
• Actively participate in ARD meetings, conferences, and multidisciplinary discussions to advocate for students.
