Job summary

Care Options for Kids is seeking a School-Based Physical Therapist in Odessa, Texas. You will provide coordinated physical therapy to school-aged children, planning and evaluating interventions to improve fine motor and sensory integration as part of the student’s educational plan.

The role requires a Masters or PhD in Physical Therapy and an active Texas license. Collaboration with educators, therapists, and other professionals in a supportive, multidisciplinary environment is essential.

Qualifications

• Pediatric focused PT experience preferred, school-based experience a plus.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with families and school staff.
• Excellent organization, time management, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Provide school-based physical therapy to students; plan, implement and evaluate therapy plans.
• Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and other professionals in a multidisciplinary team.
• Support fine motor and sensory integration goals as part of individualized education plans.
