Job summary

OneWorld Community Health Centers, Inc. seeks a Program Supervisor to oversee a satellite Learning Community Center in South Omaha.

You will supervise staff, manage operations, and build relationships with families and school staff while ensuring alignment with the center's mission and policies. The role requires a Bachelor's degree (Education, Social Services, or related field), management experience, strong communication skills, and bilingual English/Spanish abilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; preferably in Education, Social Services, or related field.
• One or more years of management experience preferred.
• Excellent communication skills and proficiency in English and Spanish (written, verbal) required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee on-site supervision of staff, programming, and operations at one satellite location.
• Serve as on-site point of contact for families, staff, and visitors; recruit and engage families.
• Hire, train, and supervise staff; coordinate transportation and site operations with OPS/OneWorld.
