Job summary

Bond Health is seeking a Part-time Physical Therapist to evaluate and treat students under IEP/IFSP guidance. You will collaborate with parents and a multidisciplinary team to design therapy plans, monitor progress and adapt activities to each student’s functional level.

The role requires a BS in Physical Therapy, NY licensure and ability to obtain fingerprint clearance. You will document outcomes and supervise students while maintaining high ethical standards.

Qualifications

• English proficiency required for reading, writing and speaking.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities with varied stakeholders.
• Maintain confidentiality due to sensitive student information.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
• Solid organizational skills for documentation and scheduling.
• Ability to obtain fingerprint clearance from NY Board of Education.
• Familiarity with school-based therapy evaluation and plans.

Responsibilities

• Provide PT evaluation of students and diagnose needs for therapy.
• Develop and implement treatment plans aligned with IEP/IFSP.
• Document therapy activities and progress in student records.
• Collaborate with parents and interdisciplinary team during meetings.
• Select activities to aid functional level and daily living skills.
• Supervise PT students and assistants as needed.
• Maintain equipment, attendance records and supplies.
