Job summary

Bond Health in Brooklyn is seeking a School Physical Therapist to join our Well-Staffed national organization. You will evaluate, diagnose and provide therapeutic interventions to students under IEP/IFSP plans, in accordance with agency policies and licensing requirements.

You will collaborate with families and interdisciplinary teams, develop individualized treatment plans, maintain accurate records, and support adaptive equipment decisions to help students progress in education and daily

Qualifications

• Bachelor's of Science in Physical Therapy required.
• Licensed to practice in NY (NYS Physical Therapy).
• Pediatric experience preferred.
• Ability to work within educational settings with students.

Responsibilities

• Provide PT evaluation and diagnosis for students.
• Develop and implement treatment plans based on assessments.
• Maintain daily and monthly attendance records.
• Collaborate with IEP/IFSP teams and families.
• Supervise PT students and assistants as needed.
• Document therapy activities and progress.
• Refer students to other services when appropriate.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
