Qualifications

• Formal school-based assessments for Pre-K–12
• Develops therapy goals and services through IEP/IFSP processes
• Collaborates with educators, families, and related-service providers
• Completes documentation, evaluations, and Medicaid billing

Responsibilities

• Conduct formal and informal assessments for Pre-K–12 students focusing on gross motor development and functional mobility.
• Create and implement therapy goals and services through IEP/IFSP processes, including frequency, intensity, accommodations, and equipment.
• Partner with educators, families, related-service providers, medical professionals, and community partners to support participation and access to learning.
• Complete therapy documentation, evaluations, progress reports, and Medicaid billing while meeting timelines.
