Job summary

Cross Country Education is seeking a dedicated Personal Care Assistant (PCA) in Aston, Broomall, or Newtown Square, PA, to support school-age students through individualized assistance, positive encouragement, and meaningful learning experiences.

You will provide direct educational and behavioral support, assist with daily activities, and collaborate with teachers to maintain a safe, structured learning environment in a school-based setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Current hands-on CPR Certification.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Ability to obtain PA clearances, including FBI fingerprinting.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct educational and behavioral support to school-age students in a specialized setting.
• Assist students with daily learning activities and developmental needs.
• Support classroom routines, transitions, and participation in educational activities.
• Collaborate with teachers to implement support strategies and maintain a safe, structured learning environment.
