Job summary

Keystone Behavior Solutions is hiring Personal Care Assistants (PCA) to support K-12 students in Southeast Pennsylvania. The role focuses on emotional support, behavior management, and personal care to help students thrive in school.

Work is on-site in Chester/Berks Counties with collaboration from teachers, case managers, and behavior consultants. Clearances, CPR/First Aid, and TB screening are required, with competitive hourly pay and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Experience with school-aged children, especially those with special needs or ASD.
• Ability to provide emotional support and follow IEP/behavior plans.
• Clearances and certifications listed in the job requirements.

Responsibilities

• Deliver one-on-one or small group emotional support aligned with IEP goals or behavioral plans.
• Facilitate interventions in behavior management, conflict resolution, anger management, and social skills.
• Collect and document daily data on student progress.
• Support students with personal care needs to ensure safety and comfort.
• Collaborate with teachers and behavior consultants to implement strategies consistently.
