Job summary

Cross Country Education is seeking a dedicated Personal Care Assistant (PCA) in Aston, Broomall, or Newtown Square, PA, to support school-age students through individualized assistance, positive encouragement, and meaningful learning experiences.

You will provide direct educational and behavioral support, assist with daily activities, and collaborate with teachers to maintain a safe, structured learning environment in a school-based setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Current hands-on CPR Certification.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Ability to obtain PA clearances, including FBI fingerprinting.

Responsibilities

• Support students with classroom routines, transitions, and participation in educational activities.
• Collaborate with teachers and educational staff to implementsupport strategies and maintain a safe, structured, and supportive learning environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Currenthands-on CPR Certification
• Valid Driver's License
• Ability to complete required safety training upon assignment and obtain and maintain all required Pennsylvania clearances, including FBI fingerprinting
