Job summary

Soliant is seeking a Physical Therapist to provide services in a school-based program, supporting students with diverse abilities and collaborating with teachers, families, and administrators to promote growth.

Qualifications

• Master’s or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy
• Active State Physical Therapist License
• Experience in school-based settings or pediatrics is desirable but not required

Responsibilities

• Deliver individualized and group physical therapy services to support students’ physical development and access to education
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and parents to develop tailored treatment plans
• Conduct assessments, maintain documentation, and participate in IEP meetings as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Monitor progress, adjust interventions, and ensure compliance with school district and state guidelines
• Serve as a resource to help create a safe and accessible learning environment for students with diverse abilities
