Job summary

Soliant is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to support students with diverse needs in two Washington school sites. The contract runs Sept 1, 2026 through June 11, 2027, with potential extension into ESY. 25 hours per week, part-time with balanced schedule and professional development.

You will deliver PT services within a strong ABA-based program, collaborating with teachers, therapists, and families to advance IEP goals and student independence.

Qualifications

• Valid state PT license and applicable clearances.
• Experience providing PT services in school or pediatric settings.
• Familiarity with behavior-based or ABA environments.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams—teachers, paras, OTs, SLPs.
• Strong communication with families and caregivers.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate students and develop individualized PT plans aligned with IEP goals.
• Deliver direct and consultative PT services per best practices.
• Track progress, document interventions, participate in IEP meetings.
• Adapt environments to maximize access and participation.
• Educate staff and families on mobility strategies.
• Travel between two school sites as scheduled.
