Soliant Health is seeking an experienced Physical Therapist to support students with diverse needs in an onsite school near Aurora, IL. This short-term assignment runs from August 17th through November 4th and features a 37.5-hour work week with a stable schedule in a school setting.

The role focuses on transition-age students (20–22) and requires a license in Illinois, pediatric and school-based experience, and collaboration with educators, families, and related service providers.

Qualifications

• Active Illinois Physical Therapist license required.
• Pediatric and school-based experience required.
• Strong collaboration with educators, families and providers.

Responsibilities

• Deliver educationally relevant PT services in an onsite school setting.
• Address gross motor skill deficits to improve access to education.
• Assess students and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Maintain documentation and communicate progress; participate in IEP meetings.
• Support transition planning for older students (ages 20–22) on functional mobility.
