BlazerJobs, Inc. is seeking a motivated physical therapist to support K-12 students in a school-based contract. The role offers a flexible schedule of three days per week and focuses on pediatric PT within an educational setting.

Active Maryland PT license required; prior school or pediatric experience preferred. You will collaborate with educators and families, develop individualized treatment plans, and participate in IEP processes, delivering stable, impactful care through May 2027.

Qualificações

• Active Maryland PT license.
• Experience in schools/pediatric settings preferred.
• Ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Knowledge of pediatric and school-based physical therapy best practices.

Responsabilidades

• Assess, plan, and provide direct physical therapy interventions for students K-12.
• Conduct evaluations and collaborate on IEPs.
• Document progress and maintain compliance with state/local guidelines.
• Consult with teachers, staff, and family members to optimize student outcomes.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to a supportive learning atmosphere.
