Family of Kidz is seeking a Pediatric Occupational Therapist for school-based roles in New Rochelle, NY. The position includes a $1,000 sign-on bonus after 90 days with active cases and price/hour rates between $80 and $90 depending on experience and certifications.

Hours are Monday through Friday in a fee-for-service or full-time arrangement, with comprehensive benefits and a supportive team focused on student success.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited university with a degree in Occupational Therapy.
• Current New York State Occupational Therapy License.
• Bilingual is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Design and implement creative individual and/or group therapeutic interventions for all children on your caseload.
• Administer and write up occupational therapy evaluations.
• Ongoing communication with lead supervisors & coordinators related to case management.
• Maintain professionalism with families, school teams, and other professionals
• Maintain accurate and timely attendance and billing logs.
• Create and maintain schedules with assigned individual families/school personnel.
• Collect data on each IFSP/IEP goal and report progress quarterly.
• Provide input and attend/teleconference initial CPSE/CSE meetings and/or annual reviews.
