Family of Kidz seeks an Occupational Therapist for school-based work across Long Island. A $2,000 sign-on bonus applies after 90 days with active caseloads. Compensation ranges from $60 to $120 per hour, with higher earnings for larger groups. Roles may be full-time or fee-for-service based on caseload.

Responsibilities include designing interventions, completing evaluations, coordinating with supervisors and school staff, and maintaining accurate logs. NY license required; bilingual a plus.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited university with a degree in Occupational Therapy.
• Current New York State Occupational Therapy License.

Responsabilités

• Design and implement creative individual and/or group therapeutic interventions for all children on your caseload.
• Administer and write up occupational therapy evaluations.
• Ongoing communication with lead supervisors & coordinators, specifically related to case management.
• Maintain professionalism with families, school teams, and other professionals.
• Maintain accurate and timely attendance and billing logs.
• Create and maintain schedules with assigned individual families/school personnel.
• Collects data on each IEP goal and reports on progress quarterly.
• Provide input and attend/teleconference initial CSE meetings and/or annual reviews.
