Responsibilities

• Conduct screenings, evaluations, and develop individualized therapy plans for students.
• Deliver direct and consultative OT services in school and home settings as needed.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other service providers to support student progress toward functional, academic, and developmental goals.
• Maintain documentation to ensure compliance with district, state, and federal guidelines; participate in IEP meetings and provide training for staff.
