Job summary

Soliant is seeking an onsite Occupational Therapist to support students in Delaware near Wilmington for the 2026-2027 school year. The contract spans August 25, 2026 through June 8, 2027, with a full-time 37.5-hour week, Monday through Friday.

Responsibilities include delivering OT services per IEP, conducting assessments, and collaborating with teachers, families, and administrators to promote students’ functional growth in the classroom.

Qualifications

• Current Delaware Occupational Therapist license (must present license and resume to be considered)
• Experience working within a school environment providing OT services
• Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation abilities
• Not open to COTAs, as onsite supervision is unavailable at this time
• Must be willing and able to obtain $85 CBC fingerprint clearance

Responsibilities

• Deliver onsite occupational therapy services to students per IEP requirements
• Conduct assessments, develop treatment goals, and document progress
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support students’ functional abilities in the classroom
• Manage a defined caseload across multiple sites
• Participate in IEP team meetings and contribute to student plans
